When returning a defective product for repair to Micatrone it is not necessary to obtain RMA number or other service documentation.

We still however recommend that you contact Micatrone before returning a product for repair to secure that the product is afflicted with a defect. Please also check the FAQ support page for a solution to the problem before returning the unit.

Note ! Together with the defective unit you must attach full contact and delivery information along with a short description of the defect. If you refer to repair free of charge during warranty period a copy of the original invoice must also be enclosed.

Normal delivery time for service is approx 14 days.
